আমার মতে আসল অগ্রগতি তখনই হবে যখন নীতি পর্যায়ে নারীদের বাস্তব সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা নিশ্চিত করা যাবে, শুধু কথার মধ্যে নয় ইনশাআল্লাহ। এটা ভাবার বিষয় যে কাঠামোগত বাধাগুলো দূর না করলে নেতৃত্বে নারীর স্থায়ী উপস্থিতি তৈরি হবে না।
আমার মতে শুধু কথায় না, গ্রাম পর্যায়ে ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ থেকে শুরু করে নারীদের সত্যিকারের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা দিতে হবে, তাহলেই আসল পরিবর্তন আসবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।
